We believe our customers have the need to host and promote successful events. This problem can be solved by a creative detail oriented event planning team.

Our initial customers will be small parties and weddings. We will cater to family paries small weddings and children’s parties. Our customers would describe our services as very interpersonal, enthusiastic, consistent, and thorough. 

Then #1 value our clients want is a memorable unique event. They will also benefit from our one stop shop component and the ability to participate as little or as much in the planning process as they desire.

Our primary competition will be event planning firms already in existence and people who think they can produce events without help. We will beat them in the market due to our one stop shop component and our efficient professionalism.

Most of our business will come from our own advertising, and word of mouth referrals.

We will make out money from the packages we offer and business promotion.

Some of our key partners will be photographers, videographers, graphic designers, caterers, bakeries, florists, venues, DJs, and bands

Some of our human resources will be the photographers, designers, and bakers, for examples.

Some technical resources will be our network of computers and our design programs. 

Our physical needs will be our office space and our devices such as cameras, projectors, and computers.

The initial expenses will include incorporation, technological equipment, and the website.

Ongoing expenses will be the office rent, utilities, and salaries.

Our greatest risk is not having any customers. We will solve this by comprehensive advertising.
